CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the delay and lack of clear tracking information. Let me pull up your order for you. Customer: So, what's happening? I paid for express shipping, and the carrier doesn't even have the package yet, almost a week later. Where are my frames? CS Rep: I see here that the package has not yet been picked up by the carrier. This is certainly not the experience we want for our express shipping customers. I will escalate this with our shipping department immediately to find out why this hasn't moved and ensure it gets shipped out as soon as possible. Customer: "As soon as possible" isn't good enough when I paid for express. What about a refund for the shipping fee, at least? And when can I realistically expect these?
