After two smooth orders, my third one was a nightmare. I paid $19.95 for ‘next day delivery’ which their site clearly stated was eligible. Hours later, I got an email saying it would take 3 business days! This bait-and-switch felt like a fraud, and the complete lack of human customer service pushed me to leave this review and demand a refund for the unfulfilled delivery service.
Customer: Hi, I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order [Order #], but I got an email saying it'll take 3 business days. I need a refund for that next-day delivery fee. CS Rep: I understand you're calling about your shipping fee. Let me check the order status for you. It shows your order is in process, and delivery is estimated within 3 business days.
